INTRODUCTION:

MOTOROL Aluminum Rolling Lubricants (ARL) are produced from low sulphur petro products. Provides good cooling and lubrication during metal reduction operation with low evaporation loss. The special boiling range ensures power economy by keeping the temperature of annealing furnace lower and also it resists brown staining on the foils.

ADVANTAGES:

• Low viscosity ensures proper washing of aluminum foils
• Low sulphur low acidity, low aromatics
• Resist to brown staining on metal during annealing
• Low evaporation loss because of compact boiling range
• Compatible with load bearing additives like fats and alcohols

APPLICATIONS:

• Being a specialized product, it is used as roll coolant and lubrication for aluminum during reduction (rolling) operation. It is normally compounded with anti-oxidant and also with fats, alcohol for attainting load bearing characteristics. Its application is in aluminum rolling mills.
• MOTOROL ARL-F is specially used when a low annealing furnace temperature is required.
• For foil to foil reduction
• When the speed of rolling process is very high

INTRODUCTION:
Special Grade Hydraulic Oils-Motorol Arohy- 3/15/24/32MOTOROL AROHY grades are manufactured from high viscosity refined base oil and further fortified with additives required for good quality hydraulic oils. The main characteristics of MOTOROL AROHY is that if incase of leakage of hydraulic oil; this cannot be avoided during operation of the system, the roll coolant as well as the roll metal is not affected.

MOTOROL SPECTRUM is a hydrocarbon solvent which is used as a thinner and solvent in paint manufacturing process, insecticide formulations etc.

ADVANTAGES:

• Good solvent
• Being light petroleum distillate it is used as general purpose thinner
• Good metal degreasing property

APPLICATIONS:

• Used as a solvent and thinner in paint & varnish manufacturing process
• As base oil in insecticide formulations
• Solvent for textile printing with pigment colour

MOTOROL SOLCUT HR oil is a light colour soluble oil having low staining properties with specialized additives necessary for machining aluminium andsimilaroperators.
